一、岗位职责 | Job Responsibilities 1.负责商业项目全流程客户服务工作，确保客户需求第一时间得到响应和解决。 Responsible for the full-process customer service of commercial projects, ensuring that customer needs are responded to and resolved in a timely manner. 2.建立并优化客户服务管理体系，制定客服工作流程及服务标准。 Establish and optimize the customer service management system, formulate customer service workflows and service standards. 3.带领客服团队，为商户及消费者提供专业化、高质量的服务体验。 Lead the customer service team to provide professional and high-quality service experience for merchants and consumers. 4.处理客户投诉、意见和建议，协调相关部门快速解决问题，维护客户关系。 Handle customer complaints, opinions and suggestions, coordinate relevant departments to solve problems quickly, and maintain customer relationships. 5.定期组织服务质量检查，监控并提升客服团队服务水平。 Regularly organize service quality inspections to monitor and improve the service level of the customer service team. 6.挖掘客户需求并整理相关数据，为运营部门提供有价值的客户分析报告。 Tap customer needs and sort out relevant data to provide valuable customer analysis reports for the operation department. 7.协助项目运营团队，确保商业项目正常运转及良好客户体验。 Assist the project operation team to ensure the normal operation of commercial projects and a good customer experience. 8.组织客服团队培训，提高团队专业知识、沟通技巧及应变能力。 Organize training for the customer service team to improve their professional knowledge, communication skills and adaptability. 二、任职要求 | Qualifications 1.熟练掌握柬语和英语，能够流畅进行双语沟通。 Proficient in Khmer and English, able to communicate fluently in both languages. 2.具备 2 年以上商业项目或服务行业的客服团队管理经验。 More than 2 years of customer service team management experience in commercial projects or service industries. 3.熟悉客户服务流程及客户关系管理系统的使用。 Familiar with customer service processes and the use of customer relationship management systems. 4.具备较强的团队管理能力、抗压能力和服务意识。 Strong team management skills, pressure resistance and service awareness. 5.善于处理客户投诉及突发事件，沟通协调能力强。 Good at handling customer complaints and emergencies, with strong communication and coordination skills.
