Key Responsibilities Customer Service & Communication - Greet and assist parents, students, staff, and visitors in a professional and friendly manner. - Respond promptly to phone calls, emails, and in-person inquiries. - Provide accurate information about school programs, policies, and events. - Address and resolve complaints or concerns, escalating issues to management when necessary. Administrative Support - Assist with student admissions, registration, and enrollment processes. - Maintain accurate records of parent inquiries, student attendance, and communications. - Support the coordination of school events, meetings, and parent-teacher conferences. - Prepare reports, letters, and other official school documents as required. Collaboration & Teamwork - Work closely with the front desk and administrative team to ensure smooth operations. - Communicate effectively with teachers and staff regarding parent or student concerns. - Support other departments as needed to enhance service delivery. Other Duties - Ensure the reception and waiting areas are organized and welcoming. - Uphold confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions. - Follow school policies, procedures, and safeguarding guidelines. Qualifications & Skills - Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business Administration, Communication, or related field preferred. - Minimum [insert years, e.g., 1–3 years] experience in customer service, front office, or administrative roles (school experience preferred). - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities. - Proficiency in MS Office and school management systems. - Professional appearance, organizational skills, and attention to detail. - Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a busy environment.
