Key Responsibilities Customer Service & Communication - Greet and assist parents, students, staff, and visitors in a professional and friendly manner. - Respond to phone calls, emails, and walk-in inquiries promptly and accurately. - Provide information about school programs, policies, and events. - Handle and resolve complaints or concerns, escalating issues to management when necessary. Administrative Support - Assist with student admissions, enrollment, and registration processes. - Maintain accurate records of parent inquiries, student attendance, and communications. - Support the coordination of school events, meetings, and parent-teacher conferences. - Assist in preparing reports, letters, and official school documents. Collaboration & Teamwork - Work closely with the front desk and administrative team to ensure smooth school operations. - Communicate effectively with teachers and staff to relay parent or student concerns. - Support other departments as needed in delivering excellent service to the school community. Other Duties - Ensure the reception and waiting areas are welcoming and organized. - Uphold confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions. - Follow school policies, procedures, and safeguarding guidelines. Qualifications & Skills - Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business Administration, Communication, or related field preferred. - Minimum [2 years] of experience in customer service, front office, or administrative roles (school experience is an advantage). - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities. - Proficiency in MS Office and school management systems. - Professional appearance, organizational skills, and attention to detail. - Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a busy environment.
