Summary: The Electronics Product, Customer Service Supervisor oversees the daily operations of the customer service team dedicated to electronics products. This role ensures high-quality support, timely resolution of customer issues, and continuous improvement of service processes to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty. Salary Range: 500$ - 700$ Key Responsibilities: • Supervise and guide the customer service team handling electronics product inquiries and support. • Monitor team performance, provide coaching, and conduct regular training sessions to improve product knowledge and customer handling skills. • Manage customer complaints and escalations, ensuring timely and effective resolution aligned with company policies. • Collaborate with product development, sales, and technical support teams to address product issues and feedback proactively. • Analyze customer service metrics and generate reports to identify trends and areas for improvement. • Implement standard operating procedures and quality standards to maintain consistent service excellence. • Assist in recruiting and onboarding new customer service staff members. • Stay updated on new electronics products and industry trends to better support customers and train the team. Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Electronics, Business, Communication, or related field preferred. • Proven experience in customer service supervision, ideally within the electronics or technology sector. • Strong understanding of electronics products and technical troubleshooting. • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills. • Proficient in customer service software, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office Suite. • Ability to handle stressful situations calmly and professionally. Preferred Skills: • Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail. • Ability to work collaboratively across departments.
