Elevate Nexus is recruiting for our client, a digital accounting firm operating across Singapore, Malaysia, and Cambodia, delivering tech-driven accounting and bookkeeping services. Position: Accounting Trainee / Intern (6-month internship) x 10 positions Location: Phnom Penh, Cambodia Internship Allowance: USD 150/month (basic) Working Hours & Arrangement: Monday–Friday (40 hours/week) Flexible working hours: Hybrid rotation: 1 week Work From Home, 1 week Office-based Internship Term: 6 months (review at end of term) What You’ll Do - Support basic accounting and bookkeeping tasks - Learn to maintain bookkeeping records using Xero - Assist with organizing invoices, receipts, and supporting documents - Help prepare simple reports and support the accounting team as needed What You’ll Learn (Training Provided) - Hands-on bookkeeping fundamentals - Practical skills using Xero accounting system - Working in a modern, tech-enabled accounting environment (continuous learning culture) Requirements: - Final-year student or recent graduate in Accounting / Finance / Business - Basic knowledge of accounting (willing to learn) - Good attention to detail and responsibility - Comfortable with basic Excel/spreadsheets - Positive attitude, eager to learn, and able to work independently (especially during WFH week) Ready to start your career in an accounting firm?
