KEY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES - Do the project assessment to understand the scope of work for the project - Analyze the resources within the teams - Produce work plan with activities and deadline - Manage the project implementation and closely support the team (Assistants) to do their job - Produce weekly report to Senior Accounting Officer on the project progress and - challenges/problems needed to be solved - Manage and keep track of team progress in term of abilities/capacities to do their job effectively and efficiently - Manage the project presentation to the client. - Lead a small team of between 2 to 5 people under the supervision of Senior Accounting Officer - Manage the communication with clients - Other tasks assigned by the Senior Accounting Officer. QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCES - At least bachelor degree of accounting,tax or other related fields - At least 2 years experience in accounting management (experience from the same service company is highly potential) - Knowledge of Computer applications and others; ➢ Good at microsoft excel (good to have) ➢ Administrative letters (good to have) ➢ Quickbook (bookkeeping) or other accounting systems ➢ Accounting principle and accounting standard (CIFRS and CIFRS for SMEs) ➢ Project management (good to have) ➢ Basic understanding of leadership and management (good to have) - Good English (or minimum pre-intermediate level). BENEFIT AND COMPENSATION - Competitive salary basedonexperience and qualification - Job training and other trainings (accounting and other relevant subjects and skills) - Health and Accident insurance (NSSF) - Company annual trip - Home trip bonus - Company uniform And others. WORKING CONDITIONS - Working Hours: 7:30AM - 5:00 PM, Lunch Break (12:00 PM - 1:30 PM) - Working Days: Monday – Saturday (half day on Saturday morning) - Public Holidays: Based on the Cambodian Labor Law
