Key Responsibilities. • Booking & Scheduling: Manage cargo bookings with shipping lines, arrange container release orders, and track vessel schedules (ATD/ATA). • Documentation: Prepare, verify, and process necessary documents, including House/Master Bills of Lading (HBL/MBL), Shipping Instructions (SI), invoices, Packing Lists, and Certificates of Origin. • Logistics Coordination: Coordinate with trucking partners, warehouses, and overseas agents to ensure smooth pickup and delivery. • Compliance & Monitoring: Ensure compliance with customs regulations and internal Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). • Customer Service: Provide timely updates to customers regarding shipment status and resolve delays or issues promptly. • Data Management: Update Transport Management Systems (TMS) such as Magaya or CargoWise with accurate shipment data. • Financial Tasks: Handle invoicing, verify freight charges, and assist with job costing. Requirements & Qualifications • Experience: • Knowledge: Strong understanding of shipping industry, Incoterms, and customs procedures. • Skills: Strong communication, organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure. • Education: Any Level Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) • On-time shipment delivery. • Accuracy of documentation. • Experience with international shipping lines • Knowledge of customs clearance processes • Multilingual ability is an advantage Follow labor law Working day: Mon-Saturday (Half) 8am-12pm 1:30pm-5:30pm TK Central Toul Kork Seniority pay and Bonus Staff refreshment
