BILLING OPERATION 250$-400$ (NEGOTIATE) 2POSITIONS KEY RESPONSIBILITIES • Chasing Import & Export Team to complete costing correctly & timely • Check the costing and issue invoice charges to the Client • Customize the customer's SOA and statement with the auditor according to the customer's billing style requirements • After all bills are completed, sort out the INV and submit it to the Finance Department for tax declaration. • SOA and INV delivery arrangement REQUIREMENT • Good knowledge of accounting • Well understanding • Good in English communicate • Chinese (Priority) • A bachelor's degree • Good negotiation, Communication, and interpersonal skills and problem-solving skills • Advanced level in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) BENEFITS: • NSSF: Health, Accident and Pension Fund as per Government Policy • Company Trip • 5.5 working days per week • Special Leave 7 days per year • Team Building for every season
