Job Summary The HR Officer is responsible for supporting daily human resources operations including recruitment, employee records management, payroll support, staff welfare, and compliance with company policies and labor law. The role ensures effective HR administration and smooth employee relations within the organization. Key Responsibilities 1. Recruitment & Onboarding • Assist in recruitment activities such as posting job vacancies, screening CVs, and coordinating interviews. • Prepare employment contracts and offer letters. • Conduct employee onboarding and orientation programs. 2. HR Administration • Maintain and update employee personal files and HR database. • Prepare HR documents such as confirmation letters, warning letters, termination letters, and certificates. • Monitor employee attendance, leave, and probation periods. 3. Employee Relations • Support employee engagement activities and internal communication. • Handle employee inquiries and provide HR-related guidance. • Assist in resolving minor employee issues and disciplinary cases. 4. Policy & Compliance • Ensure HR policies and procedures are properly implemented. • Support compliance with Cambodia Labor Law and company regulations. • Assist in audits and HR reporting. Qualifications & Requirements • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field. • Minimum 1–3 years experience in HR or Admin roles. • Knowledge of Cambodia Labor Law is an advantage. • Strong organizational and communication skills. • Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and HR systems. • Ability to work independently and handle confidential information.
