Key Responsibilities Front Desk Operations - Supervise and coordinate daily activities of the reception/front desk team. - Greet and assist parents, students, staff, and visitors in a welcoming and professional manner. - Ensure front desk staff handle phone calls, emails, and in-person inquiries promptly and accurately. - Maintain a clean, organized, and professional reception area. Administration & Communication - Oversee student attendance recording and daily reporting. - Manage school correspondence, including incoming/outgoing mail and deliveries. - Assist with scheduling appointments, meetings, and school events. - Support the leadership team with administrative tasks and communication. Team Supervision & Training - Train, guide, and supervise reception/front desk staff. - Assign duties, monitor performance, and ensure adherence to school standards. - Foster teamwork and professionalism within the front office. Safety & Security - Monitor visitor sign-in/sign-out procedures to ensure campus security. - Coordinate with security staff regarding visitor management. - Assist with communication during emergencies or drills. Qualifications & Skills - Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business Administration, Hospitality, or related field preferred. - Minimum [3 years] of front desk, customer service, or administrative experience (school setting is an advantage). - Strong leadership and team management abilities. - Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. - Proficiency in MS Office and school management systems. - Professional appearance, organizational skills, and attention to detail. - Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
