Conduct quotation comparisons and recommend the best value suppliers. Monitor market price fluctuations and develop strategies to prevent cost overruns. Evaluate material proposals and ensure all purchases meet quality and technical standards. Manage supplier relationships, contracts, vendor registration, and purchase orders. Track purchase data to stay within budget limits and support cost-saving initiatives. Coordinate with internal departments (Warehouse, Technical, Finance, Construction, and Inspection) to ensure smooth material flow to project sites. Negotiate favorable terms to support cash flow and project efficiency. Contribute to overall procurement strategy improvement and operational excellence. External Coordination: Liaise with construction material suppliers to ensure on-time delivery and service quality.
