Job Description: _ Receive and review Purchase Requisitions (PRs) from departments _ Handle daily purchasing requests for Operations and Maintenance (O&M) needs. _ Request and collect quotations from suppliers. _ Prepare quotation comparison sheets and submit for review/approval. _ Issue Purchase Orders (POs) and ensure compliance with internal approval limits. _ Follow up on order delivery, inspection, and supplier performance. _ Coordinate with Finance for invoice verification and payment release. _ Maintain an updated supplier database and performance information. _ File and control all procurement documents (PR, PO, quotation, invoice, delivery note). _ Ensure all procurement activities follow company policy, ethical standards, and compliance rules. _ Other tasks assigned by Manager.
