Position Summary The Receptionist (Chinese Speaking) is responsible for managing front-desk operations, welcoming guests, handling calls, and providing administrative support. This role requires strong communication skills in Chinese to assist with clients, partners, or internal staff. Key Responsibilities • Welcome and assist visitors in a professional and friendly manner. • Maintain a clean and organized reception area. • Ensure visitor logs, passes, and meeting room arrangements are properly handled. • Answer, screen, and direct incoming calls efficiently. • Provide support in Chinese communication when required (verbal or written). • Assist with inquiries from clients, suppliers, and internal staff. • Manage incoming and outgoing mail, documents, and parcel deliveries. • Prepare basic documents, reports, and correspondence as needed. • Support office operations such as meeting room bookings, filing, and coordination. • Assist in managing office supplies and liaising with vendors. • Assist with company events, internal communication, and office activities. • Perform additional tasks assigned by the HR & Admin Department. ________________________________________ Qualifications • High school diploma or bachelor’s degree preferred. • Minimum 1 year experience in receptionist or customer service roles (fresh graduates considered). • Good in Chinese (Mandarin) and English – both speaking and basic reading/writing preferred. • Good communication and interpersonal skills. • Professional appearance and positive attitude. • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). • Ability to multitask and handle pressure in a fast-paced environment.
