Key Responsibilities: Graphic Design (90%) -Design creative visuals for digital channels (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, website). - Develop marketing materials such as brochures, posters, banners, catalogs, in store displays, and event signages. - Create high-quality mockups for campaigns, product launches, and event concepts. -Work with the marketing team to design visuals for pop-up page, retail spaces and promotional activities. -Edit and enhance product photos to match brand aesthetic. - Maintain consistent brand identity across all design outputs. - Handle multiple design requests and meet deadlines on time. Basic IT Support (10%) -Assist with simple computer troubleshooting (software issues, setup, updates). - Help install or update programs used by the team. - Provide basic IT help during events when needed. - No advanced IT knowledge required. Skills & Qualifications: -Minimum 2 years experience in graphic design or related field. - Strong proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, In Design (other tools are a bonus). - Strong creativity and understanding of visual aesthetics suitable for beauty/skincare brands. - Ability to design following brand guidelines and maintain visual consistency. - Good problem-solving skills for simple IT issues. -Able to manage multiple design tasks in a fast-paced environment. - Strong attention to detail, proactive attitude, and good communication skills. - Ability to work independently and in a team. - Fluent in Khmer; basic English is an advantage. - Experience working with lifestyle or beauty brands is a plus.
