Responsibilities Deploy, configure, monitor, and maintain company servers (including physical machines, virtual machines, and cloud servers); Install, optimize, update, and secure Linux environments; Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues related to bottlenecks, network latency, and disk I/O; Collaborate with the development team on environment setup, version deployment, and issue troubleshooting; Perform regular backups and disaster recovery testing to ensure system stability and data security; Write operation manuals and standard procedures, and continuously optimize the system architecture. Requirements Proficient in Linux operating systems (CentOS, Rocky, Debian, etc.) with 1–3 years of system administration experience; Familiar with common services such as Nginx, MySQL, MongoDB, and Redis, including installation and tuning; Good understanding of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, VPN, firewall, etc.); Strong security awareness and analytical troubleshooting skills; Team-oriented, responsible, and capable of working independently.
