JOB SUMMARY: Information technologists generally design, operate or maintain technology products. Not limited to employment with technology companies, regardless of the sector they work in, IT team usually provide similar services related to software, hardware, databases, networks and enterprise systems. Duties of an information technology specialist can include network management, software development and database administration. IT team may also provide technical support to a business or an organization's employees and train non-technical workers on the business's information systems. Advanced information technology specialists may design systems and assess the effectiveness of technology resources already in use or new systems that are being implemented. Additionally, they will determine the practicality of changes and modification of systems. IT Team will also work with external partners, including consultants, agencies and vendors, to arrive at the most appropriate system or integration of multiple systems. With information technology constantly changing, specialists must stay up-to-date on emerging technologies and the potential effectiveness of these advancements in their current system SALARY: Negotiate JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: • Manage / Monitor VMware ESXI • Monitor / Manage All Server + HMS Server + POS Server + Sage ERP 300 Server + Interface Server + SQL Server + Winpac + Voice Mail • Provides phone, live chat, or in-person support, depending on the organization’s scope • Work closely with department Head to determine the maintenance and growth needs of the IT Support • Speaking to your management team/clients to find out what they want • Maintains records of hardware and software inventory • Works with a team of installation, network, security, and support specialists • Prepare for yearly of IT budget plan • Prepare Monthly report to Chief Engineer • Others task assigned by Chief Engineer JOB QUALIFICATIONS: • Minimum 2 years’ experience as IT Executive position in standard hotel • University degree of Information Technology. CRITICAL COMPETENCIES: • Hotel System • POS system • WIFI System • PABX system • Network & Server • Computer skill (word, excel, power point, Email) • SQL Database system.
