Responsibilities: - Manage and maintain company IT systems, network, servers, and equipment. - Provide technical support to staff (hardware, software, internet, email, printers). - Monitor network performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure system security. -Manage user accounts, permissions, backups, and documentation. -Install, configure, and update software and hardware. -Support IT projects and ensure all branches follow IT policies. Requirements: -Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field. -Knowledge of networking, Windows systems, and troubleshooting. -Experience with routers, switches, CCTV, and servers is a plus. -Good problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure. -Honest, responsible, and able to support multi-branch operations.
