一、岗位职责 | Job Responsibilities 1.负责公司线上及线下平台整体运营工作，确保平台运营目标达成。 Responsible for the overall operation of the company's online and offline platforms to ensure the achievement of platform operation goals. 2.制定平台年度、季度及月度运营计划，并监督落实。 Formulate annual, quarterly and monthly operation plans for the platform, and supervise their implementation. 3.结合柬埔寨当地商业环境及用户习惯，优化平台功能和服务，提升用户活跃度和满意度。 Optimize platform functions and services according to the local business environment and user habits in Cambodia, and improve user activity and satisfaction. 4.负责平台内容管理与审核，确保内容符合公司品牌形象及市场推广需求。 Responsible for platform content management and review to ensure that the content meets the company's brand image and marketing promotion needs. 5.协助招商、推广团队，实现平台资源与商业项目运营需求的有效对接。 Assist the investment promotion and promotion teams to effectively connect platform resources with the operation needs of commercial projects. 6.负责中柬团队协作与沟通，确保双方目标一致、信息传递高效。 Responsible for the collaboration and communication between Chinese and Cambodian teams to ensure consistent goals and efficient information transmission. 7.定期监控平台数据，分析用户行为及市场反馈，调整运营策略并优化推广效果。 Regularly monitor platform data, analyze user behavior and market feedback, adjust operation strategies and optimize promotion effects. 8.主导平台本地化活动策划与执行，提升平台影响力。 Lead the planning and execution of localized platform activities to enhance platform influence. 9.对接技术团队，及时解决平台运营过程中出现的技术问题。 Connect with the technical team to promptly solve technical problems arising during platform operation. 二、任职要求 | Qualifications 1.熟悉柬埔寨当地市场及商业模式，具备 3 年以上商业或物业运营经验。 Familiar with the local market and business model in Cambodia, with more than 3 years of commercial or property operation experience. 2.熟练掌握柬语和中文，能进行流利的双语沟通。 Proficient in Khmer and Chinese, able to communicate fluently in both languages. 3.具备线上运营（电商平台、社交平台等）及线下管理经验者优先。 Experience in online operation (e-commerce platforms, social platforms, etc.) and offline management is preferred. 4.数据分析能力强，能从数据中发现问题并提出优化方案。 Strong data analysis ability, able to identify problems from data and propose optimization plans. 5.具备较强的组织协调能力和解决问题的能力。 Strong organizational coordination and problem-solving abilities.
