Job Summary: The Senior Advisor for Auto Parts Repair Service provides expert guidance and strategic support to ensure efficient, quality repair services for automotive parts. This role combines technical expertise with operational insight to optimize repair processes, support staff training, and enhance customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: • Provide senior-level advice on repair techniques, quality standards, and operational best practices for auto parts repair. • Analyze repair service performance data to identify areas for improvement and implement effective solutions. • Collaborate with management to develop and update repair protocols, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations. • Mentor and coach repair technicians and junior staff to enhance technical skills and service quality. • Support procurement and inventory management by advising on parts specifications and repair cycles. • Act as a liaison between the repair service team, suppliers, and customers to resolve technical issues and improve service delivery. • Assist in developing training programs focused on new technologies, repair methods, and safety procedures. • Monitor emerging trends and technologies in auto parts repair to recommend innovations and upgrades. • Participate in budgeting and resource planning related to repair operations. • Ensure adherence to safety standards, environmental regulations, and company policies. Qualifications: • Extensive experience in auto parts repair or automotive service industry with a strong technical background. • Proven track record in leadership or advisory roles within repair services. • Deep knowledge of automotive parts, repair processes, diagnostic tools, and quality control. • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills. • Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret repair data and recommend improvements. • Familiarity with health and safety regulations related to automotive repair. • Ability to mentor and develop technical teams effectively. • Relevant technical certifications or automotive engineering degree preferred. Working Conditions: • Primarily based at repair facilities, with occasional site visits and supplier meetings. • May require flexible hours to handle urgent repair challenges or training sessions.
