Overview We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Cafe Manager to oversee all daily operations of our establishment, ensuring exceptional service, quality control, and financial performance. Key Responsibilities Operations Management: Oversee all front-of-house (FOH) and back-of-house (BOH) operations, including opening/closing procedures, inventory, and supply management. Team Leadership: Recruit, train, schedule, and supervise staff (baristas, servers, cooks, etc.). Foster a positive, productive, and customer-focused work environment. Customer Experience: Ensure high standards of customer service, address guest feedback, and resolve issues promptly and professionally. Financial & Administrative: Manage labor costs, control inventory, handle daily cash reconciliation, and assist in setting and meeting sales goals. Quality Control: Maintain strict adherence to Cafe, beverages and food safety, hygiene, and health regulations. Ensure the quality and consistency of all food and beverage offerings. Qualifications Proven experience (2 years minimum) in a managerial role within the food and beverage industry (cafe or restaurant setting preferred). Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Excellent knowledge of industry best practices, labor laws, and sanitation standards.
