Job Summary: The Operation Manager will oversee daily operations of the auto parts repair service, ensuring efficient workflow, high-quality repairs, timely parts management, and excellent customer service. The role involves managing teams, coordinating repair schedules, maintaining inventory, and optimizing operational performance to meet business goals. Salary Range 900$ - 1300$ Key Responsibilities: • Manage daily shop operations including repair scheduling, workflow coordination, and technician supervision. • Oversee parts ordering, inventory control, and quality assurance of all auto parts used in repairs. • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards. • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and service feedback effectively to maintain high satisfaction. • Monitor and report on key performance indicators, including repair turnaround times, inventory turns, and customer service metrics. • Prepare and manage budgets related to parts procurement, labor, and operational expenses. • Lead and motivate service technicians and support staff through training, coaching, and performance reviews. • Collaborate with vendors and suppliers to negotiate pricing and ensure supply chain reliability. • Implement continuous improvement processes to enhance service efficiency and profitability. • Maintain accurate records for all repairs, parts usage, and customer transactions. Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field. • Proven experience (3+ years) in automotive repair shop management or auto parts service operations. • Strong understanding of automotive systems and repair processes. • Excellent leadership and team management skills. • Ability to use garage management, inventory, and CRM software tools. • Good financial acumen and budgeting skills. • Strong customer service orientation and communication skills. • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities. Working Conditions • Full-time position. • May require occasional overtime or weekend work based on business needs.
