Key Responsibilities Leadership & Management - Provide effective leadership and day-to-day management of campus operations. - Supervise academic and non-academic staff, ensuring accountability and performance excellence. - Foster a positive, inclusive, and professional campus culture. Operational Management - Oversee campus facilities, safety, security, and maintenance. - Ensure compliance with institutional policies, educational regulations, and accreditation standards. - Monitor and manage budgets, resources, and procurement for campus needs. - Coordinate scheduling, timetables, and campus-wide events. Academic & Student Support - Support teachers in delivering high-quality education. - Address student concerns and provide solutions in collaboration with academic teams. - Implement strategies to enhance student engagement, retention, and well-being. Parent & Community Relations - Serve as the primary point of contact for parents and guardians. - Build strong partnerships with the local community and stakeholders. - Communicate campus updates, policies, and initiatives clearly and effectively. Reporting & Development - Prepare and present regular reports on campus performance, operations, and improvements. - Identify opportunities for innovation and continuous improvement. - Support staff professional development and training programs. Qualifications & Skills - Bachelor’s degree in Education, Business Administration, Management, or related field (Master’s degree preferred). - Minimum [insert years, e.g., 3–5 years] of experience in school or campus administration. - Strong leadership, organizational, and decision-making skills. - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. - Financial and resource management experience. - Ability to handle multiple priorities in a dynamic environment. - Knowledge of educational policies, compliance, and health & safety regulation
